Process Chemical Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Glue & Resin ):
• Thermosetting polymers are being produced for use in MDF board.
• Actively carrying out batch production using (CST Reactors) to produce Glue, Urea formaldehyde and Melamine formaldehyde resin.
• Evaluating raw-material quantities required for production such as urea, formalin and melamine powder.
• Monitoring, Controlling & Trouble shooting process parameters.
• Perform final product analysis (PH, water tolerance & flow cup)
• Efficient and timely handling of problem related to (production & maintenance).
(Impregnation):
• Responsible for operation of Production and overall shift activities
• Responsible to make sure that all Process/Production parameters are as per standard specifications.
• Making production entries & reports in SAP business one 9.3
• Forecasting and planning in Net Stock.
• Responsible for the Quantity and Quality of production Achieved monthly and annual audit successfully.
• Responsible to conduct preventive & corrective maintenance of Plants and Utilities
Lab Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To check the composition of metal via spectroscopy,
Check day to day production, consumption of raw materials and dispatch.
Check the quality of the product via spectroscopy and make sure that it fellows the prescribed standards.
Making technical presentations and demonstration how a product will meet client needs.
