Manage and deliver Regional (Topline & bottom line) targets.
Design and implement sales planning and promotional Schemes for wholesales channel by working closely with CH/COO.
Manage all the business operations, sales team and monitor each business unit performance located in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Bahawalpur, Multan & Quetta (Baluchistan).
To plan & increase sales numbers & Revenue Generation in each location through territory development by focus on network development & Numeric & Weighted distribution.
To appoint and establish both KDs/distributors and retail dealers in each location and built better relationship by best services.
Management of Key Dealers/ Distributors with focus on secondary sales, stock management and Credit/Receivables management.
Key Responsibilities & Challenges:
• Manage and deliver Regional Wholesale channel Key Accounts sales targets.
• Design and implement sales promotional Schemes by working closely with NSM.
• Manage all the business operations and monitor the performance of each Key Account at Regional level i.e. Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, & Quetta (Baluchistan).
• To appoint and establish new Key Account in each location and build close relationship.
• Management of Key Dealers/Distributors with focus, Sales, Stock replenishment and Credit/Receivables management.
Key Responsibilities & Challenges:
• Administrative functions of South region Wholesales Business Centers i.e. Karachi, Hyderabad & Sukkur.
• Warehousing management i.e. Stock stacking, Audit, ensuring FIFO technique, timely orders deliveries & basic security measures checking.
• Collection of SKU wise Regional demand, analyzing and finalizing it for replenishment by close with company’s Central Warehouse Planning & Replenishment team.
• Monitoring of Sales, Stock & inventory turnover target & achievement on daily basis.
• Market Visit with ASM & conducting dealers credit verification randomly.
Key Responsibilities & Challenges:
• To perform all over operational & administrative functions of the WBC Karachi i.e.
• To plan & achieve Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly Yearly Sales & receivable targets and assign to Sales team.
• To manage SO/ JSO Sales Target, Business developments & Route Planning.
• To prepare Monthly Business Report & all types of Head Office correspondences regarding to Marketing, sales, replenishment & accounts.
• To prepare the Monthly APDs (Advance Production demand) and fortnightly sales forecasting demand & coordinate with planning & Replenishment team for supplies.
• To work on network expansions & market visit especially focusing on new business & monitoring of existing dealers business.
• To handle all key Business accounts & fill their requirements timely.
Key Responsibilities & Challenges:
• To assist ASM achieving the overall Sales and Receivables targets of WBC along with assigned Territory.
• To perform all over Sales & operational functions of given zone /Area & proper market visit to achieve Fortnightly and monthly targets.
• To assist ASM in preparation of APD and fortnightly sales forecasting demand WBC.
• To prepare sales, receivables reports, Stock Inventory, & dealers ledgers.
• To visit new clients & work on network & business expansions.
