• Detection of complete swap 2100 band and removing them for better availability of site stats and quality of different levels.
• Analyze for call drops, handoff failure, missing neighbors, Rscp ,Ec/No, Rx Lev, Rx Quality, C/I with reasoning and optimize the network accordingly.
• Audit of Site as checking configuration & orientation parameters(Azimuth &Tilt) for better throughput of site.
• Resolving Customer Complaints and Re-design of sites.
