·   Serves as a central point of contact between students, faculty, staff, other departments, and external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters; assists with seminars, meetings, special projects, and general problem resolution
·   Coordinates in departmental workshops, student’s final projects, and events
·   Compile detailed data of students and faculty in accurate soft and hard form.
·   Disseminate all relevant information among the students.
·   Facilitate positive relations between the program team, public, media and other departments within the organization, and all other involved parties.
·   Maintains accurate schedules, records, discrepancy reports, and follow-through communications, and ensures that all programming complies with rules and regulations
·   Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events
·   Manage staff work assignments, workloads and work schedules
