-Function as the main contact person for the Nation-wide Client Accounts.
-Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships with all
Accounts.
-Responsible for MoM Growth of all assigned Accounts.
-Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, and
Marketing Campaigns.
-Responsible for designing exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships & co branding
activities.
-Ensuring menus are fully optimized DLP and DLD at 100 and vendor customizing
offers are per the trade zone.
-Ensure MoM growth in GMV at Concepts with right sales and deals mix.
-Assist Operations team in performance measurement for fail rate, offline hours, delivery
time and other key metrics, ensuring the vendors operations are fully optimized.
-Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall
vendor experience and bring changes where necessary.
-Develop KPI dashboards, reports and presentations to set up monthly targets to
achieve MoM business goals.
-Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges
and opportunities.
-Recommend solutions across the complex range of products and processes.
-Collaborate closely with Supply, Finance, Marketing and business development to
ensure meeting the growth objectives.
