An innovative Model of Prefabricated structure installed within a week (life time:10 years) to resume classes in school without waiting for years to reconstruction of school. • Head of 2005 Earthquake Emergency Response establishing 3 offices in Muzaffar Abad, Battagram and Basham and implement diverse Projects on 6000 families shelter program with UNDP, 150 Psycho social support services in KP and AJK funded by Open Society USA and Save the Children USA, Non-food item with Oxfam and 100 Temporary learning centre with SC-US. 6000 Master Trainer/Trainer trained of INGOS/NGOS and Pak Army in Village Reconstruction Program with support of UNHABITAT and ERRA.

Overall Responsibility for the Planning, Implementation and Reporting of the SPO in that Region-in-Coordination with SPO\'s Regional Strategies, Plan and Resources.
During my tenure I implement two major program On Livelihood improvement Program in the poor pocket of arid Zone of DIKhan with the Support of SDC and technical input provided by SDC-IC
1.Developed and designed proposal for SPO DI Khan to SDC and SDC_IC on Livelihood improvement in Chowdwan Zam\"
2. Identified 40 villages for livelihood improvement intervention. The main sector under livelihood program including Non-formal education for girls & boys including PWD, Adult literacy through reflect approach, organize women and farmer interest group and implement intervention through PTD (Participatory Technology Development) approach. These intervention including Pitcher Plantation and kitchen gardening, pond development, Food storages improvement, water filtration, seed certification and improvement for crop maximization, water harvesting technique, livestock vaccination, green enterprise development including honey bee keeping, small scale businesses. Revolving funding for livestock and set up other small scale interventions including on-farm and off-farm. Developing synergies with health and water management line agencies to improve service delivery and increase access to information, voter education, political education and advocacy for their basic rights.
3.Key achievements: Establish 40 Non-formal Schools and enrolled 2800 girls and boys including PWD
4. women and men including PWD participated in Reflect circles and acquired basic literacy and logical skills and improvement in livelihood
5.Improved in livestock health, productivity and introduction of improved breed of livestock
6. Increased in food security through reduced losses in adopting innovative and improved food storages skill, kitchen gardening, rearing poultry, plantation of timber and food trees
7. Reduced work-load of women through developing water ponds, low cost water filtration technologies and install hand pumps
8. Increased women representation and vote turn over in local government election
9.Increased agriculture production by adopting improved seeds and water harvesting techniques
The Second largest program design and implement with great success and acquired far reaching results is a 3-Years Tawana Pakistan Project (School Nutrition Program) in Southern District of KPK (Karak, Lakki Marwat and Tank) covering roundabout 414 Girls Primary Schools. With support of Pakistan Baitul Mal (PBM), Women Ministry and Technical Support by Aghan Khan University (AKU)
2. The aim of the project to improve the health status of primary school going girls and increase enrollment of girls and arrest dropouts through providing balance food cooked in school under supervision of Mother teachers school Tawana committee and using local available commodities.
3. 414 school Tawana Committee (Nutrition Committee) organized and trained in their Job description
4. 6000 mothers trained through continuous education program in balance diet, health and hygiene and importance of girls education
5.Hired, trained and supervise about 414 community workers and 110 Field workers for cooking food, measuring height and weight of girls periodically and monitoring of Program
6. Pakistan Baitul Mal provided Rs.7 per child per day to each school
7. Open 414 School Tawana committee (STC) bank account and trained STC in maintain bank account, cash books and purchase of commodities in local market
