Working as People Operations Analyst at VisionX Technologies. Taking care of all HR Operations activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employment contracts, leave and attendance management, background verification, employee records.
Worked as HR Relationship Manager previoualy, and was responsible for managing all HR related activities of region (83 branches).
Previously, worked directly with Askari Bank Limited Recruitment Head and Country Head HRD as well. Major responsibilities included
- Finding resources for the vacant positions.
- Maintaining HR Budget and keeping track of addition and replacements required in different departments.
- New employees orientation and feedback.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Scheduling on-line entry tests.
- Process of induction of MTOs (once a year).
- Maintaining recruitment MIS.
- Completion of pre-hiring documentation from candidates.
- Participation in job fares on behalf of Askari Bank Limited HRD.
- New joiners initial entry in HRIS (PeopleSoft).
- Provision of different HR related reports from HRIS required by Head Recruitment and senior management.
- Issuance of appointment letters (regular contractual).
Handled HR related matters of north region (approx. 83 branches) and worked as an HR Generalist.
Taking care of Pre & Post Recruitment activities at Askari Bank\'s Head Office - Islamabad, which is one of the biggest bank of Pakistan having around seven thousand employees across Pakistan
