• Oversee a team of 23 skilled professionals in three different areas of the Finance Shared Services.
• Drive performance in credit, collection and client experience, giving guidance and setting expectations to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Report to executive management weekly on performance versus goals and assist in interdepartmental projects to improve performance.
• Preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change.
