He has an experience of teamwork, documentation and report writing. He can move frequently and work in any difficult situation and far-flung areas. District Coordination Officer (DCO)
Engage with district-level stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, donors, and community leaders, to ensure effective coordination and collaboration for project success.
He will monitor and evaluate the progress of the Education Emergency Response and early recovery project at the district level, including conducting regular site visits, reviewing project reports, and providing feedback to project stakeholders
He will identify capacity building needs of project staff and stakeholders, and plan and implement capacity building activities to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of the Education Emergency Response and early recovery project.
He will prepare timely and accurate project reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and donor reports, and ensure that all reporting requirements are met
He will manage the project budget at the district level, ensuring that funds are used efficiently and effectively, and that all financial transactions are in line with project and donor requirements.
He will identify and manage risks associated with the Education Emergency Response and early recovery project at the district level, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as required.
Senior Project Officer-Education
Coordination between ACTED and IP for implementation of activities.
Conduct Enrolment drive, liaison with District Education Offices.
Conduct and organize awareness sessions, DRR, WASH, Hygiene and education in emergency.
IEC material development, tool and guideline development for education projects.
Project funds management and utilisation, with support of audit and compline department.

District Team Leader-Flood Emergency Response Project
1.Coordination with Live Stock department for distribution of Fodder of displaced animals during rain/flood affected area of district khairpur.2.Data collection of displaced farmers.3.Data analysis of displaced farmers.4.Data compilation of displaced farmers5.Data sharing with Livestock department for smooth distribution of fodder.6.
