• Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of Network & Infrastructure resources.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
• Direct research on potential technology solutions in support of procurement efforts.
• Responsible for ensuring 100% network uptime for uninterrupted real-time operations.
• Management and configuration of all Servers and Network components.
• Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
• Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.
• Perform Data Backups and Disaster Recovery operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement Network Security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Ensuring implementation of approved operational policies and maintaining agree quality and quantity controls.
• Identify areas of improvement and areas not supported in system and accordingly establish requirements for any new business procedures.

• VPN Tunnel between Canada Offices to Pakistan Office Deployment.
• Implement the Cisco Unified Communication (UC-560) at Canada Office.
• Connect Pakistan office Telephony system with Canada Office via VPN Tunnel.
• IP white listing from PTA.
• Call Center Setup

• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
• Develop requests for proposal.
• Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.

• Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations

• Equipment replacement activity at client and POP end.
• Fiber Patching at POP and tagging to manage link.
• Point to Point testing of link for fault and troubleshooting purpose.
