• Whole seller and retailer discount measurements, margins analysis and advising the best invoice pricing at distributor’s end.
• Monitoring and running four types of sale models parallel (Distributor, Dealer, Sub Dealer & Counter dealer) at the same time.
• Detection and prevention of trans-shipments and unethical activities of distributors and dealers outside areas of their jurisdictions.
• Settlements of claims and disputes between distributors, whole sellers and retailers
• Actively involved in Spot selling, opening of new shops and retail out lets.
• Allocation of territories and zones to the distributors, dealers and counter dealers.
• Calculations and measurements of area potential, shop potential, and market share of company brands.
• Keeping an eye on the competitor’s activities, prices, discounts, schemes, and promotions.
• Preparation of month end closing statements, business summaries of different territories, areas, and zones.
• Assessment and Assignment of credit limits of the Distributors and intimation for over aging invoices to them.
• Forecasting of order generation, stock depletion ratios and month end minimum inventories lying with the distributors.
• Determination of distributor’s financial and social muscle and carrying out performance checks though average monthly, six monthly and annual sales figures.
• Advising distributors how intelligently and effectively they can distribute and allocate their credits/finances in different territories and zones in accordance to the sale potential of the shops and retail outlets available there.
• Transferring liabilities and assets from one distributor to another through an agreement and counseling in case of switching area from one distributor to another.
