Effective unpaid follow up of delinquent customers to minimize bad debt and to ensure quality calls

Routine Work Current job responsibilities include
Responsible to provide Tax certificates to the customer upon their Requests through CRM with in TAT.
Compiling data in Excel files to keep record at our end
Coordinating with couriers for POD status
