· Maintenance of Collateral retrieval MIS pan Pakistan Auto Finance cases.
· Putting information in the Core Banking System (CBS 8.5) of Auto Loan and getting reports for MIS from KM.
· Coordination with the Listed Dealers of Central Region for Consumer Auto Loans.
· Maintenance of Payment Record of all Dealers in Central Region.
· Handling complete Deferral Process.
· Corroboration and rectifications of the documents.
· Coordination with the Vendors for Excise Office related queries.
· Submission of collaterals to safe custody department and Maintaining MIS.
· Responsible of Issuance of Delivery Order as per bank product policy.
· To ensure submission of complete collateral documents to custodial unit after updating in online system (CAMS) and obtaining acknowledgement.
