➢ Monitor Sales & Marketing operations on daily basis.
➢ Prepare daily analysis sheet & share with senior management.
➢ Weekly analyze sales & marketing trends with new concepts of business enhancements.
➢ Analyze the departmental / divisional data & reports which will meaningful insights for leadership.
➢ Daily monitoring of QHS, Online Sales (E-Commerce) & ROW activity operations.
➢ Checking claims of QHS & ROW activity as per approved limits defined in company policies.
➢ Coordinate with value & supply chain staff for smooth operations of the organization.
➢ Make discounts & schemes, proposals, approvals for Trade, Retail Market and Distributions.
➢ Monitor activities related to ATL, BTL and DTCC for market.
➢ Monitoring of field operation on weekly basis w.r.t to Sales Audit Department.
