NETWORK ENGINEER
WAN PROJECT
The Project was to connect CITC Central sites, Rehmaniah and Mursalat with three branches (Tahliah, Jeddah, Dammam) by using 15 MB Fiber through ITC and STC MPLS clouds. Low Level Design was proposed, DMVPN was configured for secure tunneling and OSPF was configured as a dynamic routing protocol. Cisco 3845 Series Routers were used. High Availability and Redundancy was provided on all sites.
CORE SWITCH MIGRATION
Two Nortel 8610 Switches were replaced in CITC Rehmania Riyadh DC by two Cisco 6509-V-E Series Core Switches. The proposed infrastructure was used to provide various services consisting of 6509 Virtual Switching System 1440 (VSS) Switches at the Core/Aggregation layer, and 3750 switches at the access layer. High Availability and Redundancy was provided. OSPF was configured as a dynamic routing protocol, Low Level design was proposed, CITC Rehmania DC is connected to CITC other sites ( Mursalat, Tahliah, Jeddah, Dammam) through STC and ITC MPLS Clouds.
WIRELESS NETWORK IMPLEMENTATION
For the Implementation of Wireless Network in CITC Rehmania Riyadh Site Low Level Design was proposed. Cisco Wireless LAN Controller 2100 and Cisco Aironet 1130 Lightweight Access Point are installed and configured. There are six floors on CITC Rehmania site and two Access Points are placed on each floor.
CISCO PIX 525 FIREWALL REPLACEMENT
In CITC Rahmania Riyadh DC PIX 525 Firewall was replaced by faulty PIX 525 and was reconfigured and enabled Failover feature.
CISCO ASA 5520 IMPLEMENTATION
In Rahmania Riyadh DC ASA 5520 was configured as a failover and polices were configured to secure SMTP, Web, DNS Servers.
