While working with RSPN as Manager (WASH Projects) and WASH Specialist for different projects i,e. UNICEF’s capacity building (of Implementing Partners) and SCF (Diarrhea Prevention and Control Project).
Developed and implemented social accountability assessment tools under Urban WASH and used Citizen Report Card (CRC) – with a focus on themes: availability, access and use of services; reliability of services; perceptions on water quality; costs incurred by customers; interactions of rights holders with duty bearers; transparency in service provision; satisfaction with services and priority areas for improvement. The study (4 months duration) includes water quality testing at Household and communal level (Government Tube wells and water supply schemes) including private providers with the financial assistance of TAF (The Asia Foundation).
Designed and developed 11 WASH manuals and guiding booklets (in English, Urdu and Sindhi languages) to build the capacity of Unicef Implementing Partners across Pakistan. During 2015 – 2016 reviewed the available guiding booklets and manuals on PATS and developed Urdu, English and Sindhi (languages) training modules, material and manuals, for the following cadres of WASH sector and the The Ministry of Climate Change (MoCC) Pakistan fully endorsed these manuals and guiding booklets and certified PATS Master Trainers (first time in 2014).:
