Responsible for smooth functioning of all branches’ operations including administration, marketing, training, lending and security  Formulate viable business development strategies to ensure long-term success and achievement of goals.  Arranging approvals of loans and increasing branch portfolio towards ENR Growth.  Organize the recovery and collection process to maintain the delinquencies and losses within the specified limits of the assigned goals.  Ensure safety and security of location, cash, collateral and other critical branch records within the area.  Build a balance between the loans and deposits so as to achieve the self-funding status of the branches and take full responsibility of branches as revenue center.  Ensure compliance with bank’s policies and operational guidelines.  Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.  Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.  Strict monitoring of staff against any corruption and malpractices and report any such incidents to supervisor’s office (Head Office/ Regional Office) with confidence and integrity.  Timely update branch staffs on changes in policies, processes and procedures
