Plan and conduct regular school visits and provide on-the-job support to head teachers on effective school management, record keeping, and asset management.
Ensure that all the school records including attendance registers, stock registers, and PTC meeting minute’s registers are properly maintained and updated.
Ensure that all the school supplies including ICT material and facilities are well maintained and in working condition.
Report and provide regular updates on the proper use and function of ICT material provided to teachers and schools.
Ensure that lesson plans and timetable is displayed in the schools.
Ensure that COVID SOPs are strictly being followed in schools.
Continuous Professional Development of Teachers.
Record all observations on standard checklist and share with concerned Regional Education Officer and Professional Development Officer for the improvement of quality of teaching/learning process in schools
