Quality Assurance Engineer
Testing and inspection of all items including Electronic components (Resistors, Capacitors,Inductors,Diodes, Zener diodes, Transistors,ICs, battery), PCB antennas,wires,Relays,Timers,Contactors,
breakers, changeovers, Transformers,casings and other electronic, mechanical and stationary items.Generate QAD/purchase returns of items through MRP software.
Making of circuits/jigs for testing electronic components,cables, batteries etc.
Testing and audit of all finished good products like ups,ips,lc,tlc and modules including GT,Fuel monitoring systems,PMM ,ECM, AC/DC,DC/DC.Cordinate with production department and collect feedback about the faults/problems faced by them related to quality,Finding the root causes of the problems.
Implementation of Technical memos, Maintain all important documents ( In process failure report, Manufacture issue log sheet,final inspection log sheet).Prepare ISO documents like NC reports,corrective action report, QA analysis Report, Supplier\'s feedback report,Product improvement reports.
Monitor all the Packing and dispatching of finished products.
Trainee Engineer
Calibration of various instruments for measuring pressure, temperature,flow,light, dimensions, weight etc.
