Job Summary
Ensure networks security and availability to specific users, system performance enhancement, maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security. Collate network requirements for bindawood branches by working with clients/users and colleagues, also design, implement, and secure the scalable networks. Exercise hands-on approach to manage routing protocol and configuration of routing table, authentication and authorization of directory services. Entrust with Windows server Administration basic responsibilities such as design and manage Microsoft Directory. Provide MPLS network services installation over IPVPN in All Jeddah region, coordinate with OS and JDA application teams to ensure client service success. Work closely with both users and company standard ITIL processes e.g. Change Management while highlighting and documenting all network risks of projects
  Diagnose hardware and software problems, preserve control records, and replace defective components, as well as execute data backups, disaster recovery operations, shutdown procedures and routine network startup.
  Install, manage, and maintain LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, and intranet systems, network hardware and software, centralize access control, and wireless outdoor AP (HP, Proxim, Motorola and Linksys).
 Render keen eye for details to Administrator, Servers, Desktops, Printers, Laptops, Routers, Switches, Firewall, Phones, Smart Phones, and Security updates and patches also troubleshoot Computer Hardware updates.
  Install secure and scalable network devices like IPVPN Router in all bindawood and daunube branches in Jeddah and Makkah, Madina, XTM 860/ XTM 800 configuration and support, XCS Anti-Spam Installation and Support.
Key Responsibilities:


Assessment: Evaluate the client\'s current IT infrastructure, systems, and processes to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.


Recommendation: Provide tailored recommendations for IT solutions, strategies, and technologies that align with the client\'s business objectives and budget.


Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to guide the implementation of recommended solutions.


Implementation: Oversee or participate in the deployment of IT solutions, ensuring they are configured correctly and integrated seamlessly with existing systems.


Security: Assess and enhance cybersecurity measures to protect against threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities, and develop security policies and practices.


Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring the client\'s IT environment operates smoothly.


Training: Provide training to client employees on how to use new technologies effectively and create documentation and user guides as needed.


Vendor Management: Assist in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing management of technology suppliers.


Cost Management: Monitor and manage IT-related expenses to align with the client\'s financial objectives.


Data Management: Advise on data management best practices, including backup, storage, and compliance with data privacy regulations.


Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize IT system performance to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks to the client\'s IT infrastructure and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.


Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of IT-related activities to facilitate troubleshooting and auditing.


Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, issues, and solutions in a clear and understandable manner, managing client expectations.


Compliance: Ensure that the client\'s IT systems and practices comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
