• Review and convey Engineer’s consent to the Contractors’ Baseline schedule of works in line with Contract conditions.• Evaluate & verify the planning and scheduling information from the updated / progress schedules. Identify the potential areas of delay/slippage, highlight the critical events & suggest mitigation measures / corrective actions.• Prepare regular progress reports / monthly reports with program analysis and recommendations, addressing program issues to ensure timely project completion regarding the work\'s progress concerning interim and major milestones.• Detailed assessment of the claims including Extension of Time, Disruption, etc using leading delay analysis methodologies including time impact analysis & window analysis with the strong skill to demonstrate the contractor’s concurrent delay.• Discuss, coordinate, and resolve the planning and scheduling problems with the contractor and the Employer.• Coordination with the Client to finalize the contractor’s programs, reports, and claims.• Preparation of Trackers / Logs to monitor critical issues during the Construction stages of the Project.• Proper record keeping of project contemporary records.• Issue delay notices for the contractor’s culpable delay and/or slow performance letters recording areas where the contractor’s performance is behind the schedule.

• Develop CPM logic generated, resource loaded baseline schedules for projects using Primavera P6 by incorporating all the proposal requirements. Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets. • Monitoring all activities on site and updating actual progress on a weekly basis, comparing it with the project baseline and analyzing with CPM to avoid any type of delay in Critical Activities. • Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for the timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. • Preparation of progress reports by implementing earned value management (EVM) techniques. Perform schedule analysis, prepare Time Impact Analysis and recovery schedule. Prepare project progress dashboard in excel. • Preparation of Look Ahead Plan to intimate the site team about all pre-requites to be performed on time for future tasks.

• Assist in preparing the resource loaded work schedule.• Assist in preparing schedules of material for the procurement team. • Assist in preparing manpower deployment plans.• Prepare Daily Progress Reports evaluating the efficiency and progress of our work at the site. Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager. • Draft official letters for internal and external purposes.• Prepare the minutes of meeting.
