As the Head of the Programs Don Bosco Educational Society Lahore . Presently my key responsibilities are as follows.

Supervise  various Projects like Education, Livelihood/ Vocational Education,     Emergency Response / DRR 
Also supervise New Don Bosco School, Intermediate college and Hostel for orphan boys.
Capacity building of educational staff on Pedagogy Skills, Childhood Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education and Education for Children with Special Needs. 
 Assess and review monitoring and evaluation reports to identify gaps, strengths and weaknesses in program management Develop various  vocational education programs to uplift youth from marginlized communities.
Develop good coordination  with senior government representatives and donors/ Civil Society Organisations (CSO) stakeholders
 Develop need based curriculum content focusing on active cityzenship ,basic human rights and gender main streaming.
Develop operational plan and manage financial resources
Oversee overall monitoring of various projects activities and ensure timely reporting for donors.
Work closely with the team to achieve projects goals and objectives
