An inbound customer support center for managing and supporting wide array of business functions of the parent company based in North America
Various support functions based in the Karachi office include, graphics, IT support, Customer service, order management, remote shipping support, development and maintenance of the business model
I am working as the operations/customer support center manage and all of the above mentioned functions are under my leadership. I manage staff for each section and perform all the duties related to their performance, daily function, group performance assessment and adherence to company rules and policies
