Various support functions based in the Karachi office include, graphics, IT support, Customer service, order management, remote shipping support, development and maintenance of the business model
I am working as the operations/customer support center manage and all of the above mentioned functions are under my leadership. I manage staff for each section and perform all the duties related to their performance, daily function, group performance assessment and adherence to company rules and policies
I am responsible to report and liaise directly with the California based head office and the general manager of the company along with the CFO
