Every organization, whether big or small, has human resource challenges to overcome and has different Employee Management needs. Manual handling of employee information poses a number of challenges. Employee satisfaction is utmost important in any organization to retain employees and manage them. To retain employees, employee related activities should be handled in a way providing sufficient ease at employees’ end. These days, it is all done manually which requires much effort and time. Employee related activities are all done manually which eventually results in wasting time in minor details. No records can be saved for long run. If all records have to be saved, space and resources are consumed. We are heading towards developing an employee management system which shall be capable of managing all the employee related activities. From attendance to leave history, from profile management to notifications view, everything shall be maintained in this system. Putting into a nutshell, employee related activities shall be automating to save time and resources. For more ease, the system shall have chat system so that employees shall be able to communicate with employers as well as each other. All records related to employee salary, attendance and leave shall be maintained in the system. The Employee Management System shall provide an ease for employees to maintain their large number of information automatically. The system will help employee to maintain his profile information where he/she can view his personal information and are able to edit it. Employees will be able to view his attendance history, salary information and approved leave history. The system will be able to maintain the previous leave history of employees by generating reports and notify employees about their approved/rejected leaves.
