RSMâs need to work with centre teams to ensure achievement of targets for TB patients / other health programs and generation of revenue from lab diagnostics. Their responsibilities include:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop walk-in traffic by promoting the center in the neighborhoods within walking distance of the center, particularly through monthly mega camps and regular visits to the market and homes for flyer distribution and verbal promotion
b)Â Â Â Â Â Carryout contact screening of TB patients and increase case-detection of TB
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Promote sales of laboratory diagnostics at centers to improve revenue collection.
d)Â Â Â Â Â Identify consultants (preferably Chest Consultant, gynecologists, orthopedics, dialectologists, etc.) who can sit at our facility on a 70/30 fee sharing basis and 30/70 for our lab business (or any combination up to 100/0 and 0/100), provide necessary center upgrades with approvals, and develop OPD for them in the vicinity of the center
e)Â Â Â Â Â Develop OPD traffic for our practicing SMOâs and ensure proper service quality
f)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor and ensure timely and quality diagnostics and resolving delays or other issues on a timely basis
g)Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor and ensure that B+ ratio is between 50-70% per center for pulmonary TB
h)Â Â Â Â Â Ensure TB patients complete their treatment and have regular smear follow ups and complete records
i)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure that SMOâs are coordinating with MRâs to monitor their working and to support the same where possible e.g. visiting nearby specialists, or promoting our consultant/SMO services to the partner network
Also lead the Van Team (3 Field officer incharge and 24 van member) handling day to day operations & ensuring the achievement of van target.

Hiring, developing and coaching the team on the job to make them productive
                    Training of camp staff on sputum collection, nebulization, screening, data entry and use of X-ray machine
                    Ensuring appropriate branding and pre-camp mobilization activities are monitoring
                    Ensuring vans are well maintained
                    Monitoring follow-up of patients with CAD scores over 70 and referring to centres
                    Carrying out screening tests for hepatitis and diabetes where planned
                    Paid tests recommended during x-ray screening as appropriate.

                    Doctor Camp , Community Camp, Jail Camp and Industries Camp
