To all GBV data collection and management with the support and supervision of GBVIMS Officer.
All forms, databases, record keeping are in line with standards of working on GBVIMS and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
Data received from the field teams is correctly entered into the program trackers on a regular weekly basis - gather, consolidate, clarify errors, and clear the program data.
Inform the Field GBV Officers about the areas of improvement to ensure quality implementation.
Provide analyzed data relevant to decision-making responsibilities.
Generate reports on a weekly and monthly basis in line with GBVIMS information sharing protocols and the recommendations from the WPE Coordinator and WPE technical advisor.
Plan, coordinate and implement database security measures to safeguard information in client computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure
For non-survivor data, modify existing databases and database management systems according to requirements as led by the WPE coordinator.
Review procedures in database management system manuals for making any necessary changes to the database, according to protection management needs
Answer questions and queries on database use and management
Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and participate in the design and implementation of the M&E plans for the WPE program
Fully Support GBVIMS officer in GBV data management in standard tools.
