• Officer 21 June 2006 to 30 June 2007

I am leading four members’ team to perform the following responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting of the company on monthly & quarterly basis
• Provident Fund Financial Reporting on monthly basis and maintain employees contributions Register and payment of final settlement to outgoing employees
• Financial Reporting of Subsidiary of JS Investments Limited
• Fixed Assets Management (Acquisition/Disposal/Tagging/Physical Verification etc.)
• Actual vs Budget analysis report of income and Revenue/Capital expenders for CFO/CEO
• Coordination with Auditors for half yearly Review and Annual Audit
• Coordinate with Software developers for modification and insertion of new module is system (Fixed Asset Module, Payable Module, Auto Cheque Printing, modified reports etc.)
• Coordination with share registrar for shareholders matters, banks and internal departments of the company.
• Supervision of Receivable, Payable, Sales Tax Payment & Return, Withholding Tax Payments & monthly statement filing, Debit Notes to group companies, Bank Reconciliations, income/Expense & Assets/Liabilities schedule etc.
• Supervision for compliance to Tax departments for Monitoring of Withholding on Sales /Income Tax & Audit.
