My job responsibilities included and were not limited to:
• Monitoring four email accounts of the group subsidiaries on a daily basis and attending to the customers feedback ASAP
• Administration of the marketing department in regards to the incoming calls, deputizing Assistant Marketing Manager when in absence, filing and collating documents necessary for the department’s operation
• Familiar with SAP (PR and SES creation and all related activities)
• Monitoring Social Media accounts of the company across all platforms accounting to 30 accounts per Social Media platform. Taking care of daily updates, supplying with company\'s news as well as selecting various channels for updates relating to industry news
Creative designer
• Responsibilities include making illustrations, technical drawing, and design patterns of soft toys (family dolls, animal many other charters and their clothes.
