Handling chairman’s personal banking accounts/financials, Inventory, assets, petty cash
Arranging various in-house meetings and conference & providing Admin/Secretarial support to the Section. Manage calendar of events and scheduled meetings. Screen Mail and calls to determine priority and act accordingly. Maintain follow up with Technical management/ staff on various action
Assisted Sr. HR Assistant in preparing payroll sheet for third party service provider , staff training and compiling employees personal data. Processing of Medical claims and obtaining staff final clearance from various departments as per HR policy
Custodian of company corporate gifts, Fortnightly and monthly Reports . Maintaining inventory and logistics Supervision of office Cafeteria and other food services. Handling invoices and PO

Assist in bidding process with Procurement and Administration personnel. Meeting with vendors, negotiation rates, follow ups as per requirement

Prepare delegation visit plans and responsible for tap, field authorization and logistics coordination for the section
Custodian of all weekly, and make necessary follow ups to update Admin tasks/Records. Keep track of all Newspapers, Magazine. Coordination for fire alarm/CCTV/Faxes. Record and track Expats movements. Maintain an updated list of employees/Expats with their next of kins,
