Pakistan Red Crescent (PRCS) is a statutory body constituted and governed by an “Act of Parliament”. It was founded in Pakistan on December 20, 1947 by an Order called “The Pakistan Red Cross Order” issued by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, as First Governor General of Pakistan and Founding President of the Society.
The International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) is funded and Implemented RFL Program. PRCS is Administration Control of RFL Prog. Restoring Family Links can broadly be defined as a range of activities aimed at preventing family separation and disappearance of persons, restoring and maintaining contact between family members, reuniting families, and contributing to clarifying the fate of persons reported missing. The most common situations where the Family Links Network takes action are Disasters (Natural and Man-Made), War, Emergencies/Conflicts, and Migration (Regular and  Irregular)

Purpose of the Position
To oversee the management and administration of General Election 2018 in 6 Districts under Gujranwala Division funded UNOPS-UNDP.
Ø  Coordination and communication with Regional Election commissioner along with different stake holders. Supervision and accountability under the guidance of the Project Manager/ Head Office UNOPS-UNDP. The main objective of this position was to provide support in Planning, coordination and
Ø  Implementing training activities of Master Trainers and Polling Staff for the General Elections 2018 Pakistan.
Monitoring and evaluation and coordination.
Ø  Monitoring and evaluation of project and its staff  along with Planning, coordination with Regional Election Commissioner , all District Returning Officers, all District Education Officers, law enforcement Agencies and liaison with UNOPS- UNDP team,  NGOs Media.
Ø  over all responsible for UNOPS-UNDP Election Training, and supervision of 6 Districts Gujranwal, Sialkot , Narowal and Hafizabad, Gujrat and Mandi Bahuwla Din.                         
Implementation and supervision
Ø  Overall responsible for supervision of 6 Districts to conduct Orientation Sessions for APO and PO aproximatly 48365 in Gujranwala Division along with Monitoring and supervision.
Ø  Supervision of Gujranwala Division to conduct Training of PO and SPO for almost 25 thousand.
Ø  Training Roll out Data Entry Operator almost 250 from Whole the division.
Human Resource Management
Ø  Management of Human Resource along with their conflicts resolving, coordination with Implementing Partners and other relevant stake holder.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To oversee Monitoring and evaluation of the  16 Projects funded by different international donors including IPPF, Rutgers WFP, Plan international and KMBL along with reporting, financial monitoring and accountability under the guidance and supervision of the Regional Director/ Head Office. Rahnuma FPA Pakistan an affiliate of IPPF and in coordination with the support departments and technical advisors relative to technical program support.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and Management and Supervision
·         Monitoring and evaluation of 16 projects funded by different international donors including IPPF, Rutgers WPF,PPF, Plan internationals etc
·         Management  and planning of 16 projects and prepare budget.
·         Monitoring and Supervision of the 150 Staff members by their projects coordinators.
Monitoring and Evaluation
·         Overall responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the PMO staff which is more than 150.
·         Liaison with local/government authorities and other stakeholders to build confidence of communities and ensure strong and effective working relationships.
·         Participate in meetings and assemblies initiated by local government, NGOs and other stakeholders.
·         Work closely with community representatives and other community members to ensure local ownership of and participation in Rahnuma FPA Pakistan programs.
·         Alliance building meeting with Health/Population Department officials for effective coordination.
Human Resource Management
·         Ensure development of performance agreements and periodic evaluation of staff.
·         Ensure the HR Polices and guidelines, SOP, appraisal of the 150 staff members. 
·         Develop staff development plans for employees and facilitate/coordinate the capacity building of AIP staff and partners in coordination with the Head Office.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Implement and supervision of Harm Reduction Project funded by Global fund GFATM as Site Manager in District Jhelum.  To ensure over all support to programming, reporting, financial monitoring and accountability under the guidance and supervision of the Project Manger/ Head Office, Rutgers WPF.  Coordinate with principal Recipient Nai Zaidagi for the smooth implementation of the project in District Jhelum.
Planning and Management and Supervision
·         Supervision and implementation of project related activities at the project site and oversee financial management of the project.
·         Provide practical leadership on certain accountability activities, including the management and Expansion of a complaints and response mechanism in areas of interventions.

• Monitoring and evaluation of the UN-WFP General Food Distribution Program (GFD-UN-WFP) Funded project implemented by Qatar charity in flood affected areas of Sindh Province.

• The main responsibility is to facilitate to conduct Free, Fair, Transparent and sustainable Elections at all level in District Jhelum.
• Coordinate between the project and Election commission to improve electoral administration, management, systems and capacities through Orientation and training workshops of the Polling personal.
• To ensure the requirements for supporting activities which includes preparation of training plan, delivery of training kits for training workshop, arrangements of food, provision of traveling allowance and reporting.
• Monitoring and Evaluation of trainings of Presiding Officers in Four Tehsils (Jhelum, Dina, Sohawa and Pind Dadan Khan) and ensure smooth running of activities at district level.

• Overall management of humanitarian program of emergency relief activities, monitoring and evaluation Disaster Preparedness Program and ensure smooth running of activities which consist of Two components Village Evacuation Plan (VEP) and Emergency Preparedness Plan EPP.

• Monitoring and evaluating of the Addiction Programmatic activities. Under UNDP Funded project implemented by Ministry of Anti Narcotis Force.

In AKIDA consultant I have worked on Two Projects:
First is Community Based Reproductive Health Extension Program (CBRHEP- FPAP) May 2004 to October 2004.

• Attended Training of Trainers TOT from 1st June to 3rd June 2004 at Lahore name of training is “Training on Assessment of CBRHEP a project of Family Planning Association of Pakistan\".
• Assisted the Manager to implement the CBRHEP-FPAP Project in Different Districts of the Pakistan.
• Coordination with concerning partners of the FPAP in different districts including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Khoat, Quetta, and Karachi.
• To assists the senior consultant in term of Data analysis, Official meetings and in Report writing.
• To assists the Report writing department by providing different Case studies.
Second Project was funded by ILO-IPEC April to June 2003
