• Carrying out end to end recruitment of branch and corporate office staff.
• Maximize quality resource pool using Job portals, headhunters, personal references and university placement offices.
• Conducting initial behavioral interviews and organize ability tests of internal and external candidates in coordination with line.
• Placing offers to selected candidates and negotiating on offered package.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of all sourcing channels and make recommendations to have the best mix.
• Monitor, collect and analyze data on recruitment process for each position in the recruitment portal.
• Liaising with service providers/concerned staff for service agreements and invoices.
• Ensure timely entry of new joiners on HRMS for further processing.
• Timely completion of service record files for antecedents verification
Strategic planning and management of sales staff hiring as per business expansion plans. Mapping recruitment operations process by involving relevant stakeholders. Managing Complete Recruitment cycle against resignation and yearly departmental plan of Information Technology, Compliance and Operations. Maximize quality resource pool using Job portals, headhunters, personal references and university placement offices. Conducting behavioral interview and organize ability tests of internal and external candidates in coordination with line. Development of recruitment drive plans to improve visibility as employer. Pre-screening of hired staff as per regulatory requirements. Liaising with service providers for pre-employment verifications, HR branding materials, Sourcing requirements and agreements. Be effective First POC for new hires. Prepare the onboarding day for employees. Manage and deliver orientations for new hire. As an effective POC for employees handle and direct grievances. Periodic reporting to internal stake holder.

• Performance feedback on new hired employees to CEO.
• Developing Training manuals and conducting training on Headhunting techniques that includes developing and managing network.
• Assigning, evaluating and monitoring the work of external recruitment team of 10 members.
• Resume screening of external recruiters according to job description.
• Developing short listing criteria for headhunting team.
• Develop strategy to maximize the Resumes data base for current future positions.
• Preparing payroll data and invoice processing.
