Conducting interviews & assessment activities using various tools/methods to filter best candidates within schedule.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates for initial screening, Scheduling job interviews and conducting interviews for pre & final shortlistings.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.

Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data

Responsible for preparing new employee files.
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, andd disciplinary actions.
Drafting job descriptions of employees for group of companies with coordination of department heads.
Responsible for collecting and providing all the required documents for hiring process.
Producing and completing hiring reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
Assist in Updating master sheet of employees with accurate information in timely manner.
Timely processing probation evaluations of employees.
Responsible for Preparing and issuance of letters to all Staff.
Actively involved in employee engagement activities and events management.
Actively involved in people development initiative i.e. Trainings, Workshops, and Seminars. Etc.
Any other task assigned by the Group Head Human Resource.

Enforcement of staff regulations and handle employee grievances effectively, Resignations & Exit Interviews6. Maintaining data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, & terminations.7. Weekly physical visit for Maintaining industrial peace & harmonious working relationship between Workmen and Employer.8. To update/Generate multiple reports on regular basis i.e. Recruitment Status Report, Organizational Chart of Contract Staff etc.9. Analyze yearly business plans to determine future staffing needs.10. Maintain close communication with managers and staff to discuss training needs and to ensure that they are fully aware of internal and external training and development opportunities.
