Responsibilities:

  1. Participating in recruitment efforts i.e. Job Posting, initial screening,
    interviews, and job offers to shortlisted resources for group of companies
    Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.

  2. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates for initial
    screening, Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.

  3. Following up on the interview process status from concerned department
    head.

  4. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed

  5. Responsible to communicate employer information and benefits during
    screening process.

  6. Assist in completing termination/clearance paperwork.

  7. Discretion with personal and confidential information.

  8. Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data

  9. Ensure timely biometric of new joiners.

  10. Maintain data bank of profiles both in soft and hard form.

  11. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in,
    workstation, email address, etc.)

  12. Responsible for preparing new employee files.

  13. Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and
    disciplinary actions.

  14. Drafting job descriptions of employees for group of companies with
    coordination of department heads.

  15. Timely intimation of new joiners details to all concerned departments.

  16. Responsible for collecting and providing all the required documents for hiring
    process.

  17. Producing and completing hiring reports for record-keeping purposes or
    managerial review.

  18. Assist in Updating master sheet of employees with accurate information in
    timely manner.

  19. Timely processing probation evaluations of employees.

  20. Responsible for Preparing and issuance of letters to all Staff.

  21. Assist in conducting annual performance appraisals of Staff.

  22. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. Visit job fairs at schools
    or universities for company branding.

  23. Actively involved in employee engagement activities and events management.

  24. Actively involved in people development initiative i.e. Trainings, Workshops,
    and Seminars. Etc.

  25. Any other task assigned by the Group Head Human Resource.
