Responsible for overall recruitment process of new hires by ensuring complete adherence to compliance and policies

Organized university level recruitment drives for Aman Foundation’s MT Programme and assisted the talent team in carrying out the recruitment process from aptitude test to induction of the final candidates
Responsible for identifying best candidates using various channels including online platforms and phone screening
Strategically planned one-month induction programme for the newly hired Management trainees and ensured smooth execution of the programme
Worked on the performance management tool and assisted in timely appraisal of all the employees through rigorous follow ups
