CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Daily basis production planning - Handling daily production matters - Labor management - Internal auditing of HACCP, ISO and YUM - SOP’s, SSOP’s, PFD’s and WI’s preparation for HACCP and ISO - Troubleshooting of Machines - Conduction of workers training on food safety, quality, GMP and cross contaminations - Documentation reviewing before the conduction of any audit - Active involvement in the new product development - Daily ordering of required food items to internal departments - Daily food item utilization compliance against subsequent products - Preparation of daily basis reports - Ensure process implementation as per approved SOP’s - Ensure cleaning and sanitation of area as per agreed protocol
