Overall Look after the inventory in different Branches

Receiving material from different vendors, physical quantity verification, and entry of material as per the receipt quantity, maintenance of the accuracy of stocks, physical verification & reconciliation. • Execution of dispatches as per the sales orders. • Monitoring stock level and arranging for timely replenishment with the help of Inventory Management System. • 100 percent FIFO & FEFO execution in terms of stock movement. • Handling Inventory Materials and follow of urgent materials as per production plan. • Following Cross functional departments for the removal of rejected materials. • Tracking of non-moving & slow-moving items. • Responsible for maintaining Master data and strategies in Warehouse Management system. • Reviewing inventory balances and cycle counts in both the Physical and WMS systems. • Coordination with production and merchandisers for the planning of material. • Ensure daily dispatches as per requisition, planning timely picking / dispatching & managing all entry in systems along with data management. • Planning, scheduling & ensuring safe, speedy, cost effective dispatches • Key Area also includes maintaining WH -efficiency at 100% • Documentation as per the statutory requirements. • Coordinating with other departments like production, sales, finance, quality & supply chain for material procurement & purchase planning, ensuring continuous supply at optimum costs. • Ensuring the housekeeping in the warehouse. • Arranging vehicle from local transporters as per dispatch plan. • Management of day to day manpower activities. • Preparation of PR/Indents for warehouse requirements. • Ensure all MHE (Material handling Equipment) are well maintained and utilized. • Supervise and train the team of warehouse operators and helpers. • Preparation of reports such as receipts, sales, inventory aging, slow moving and nonmoving analysis, cycle count accuracy, Inventory movement, & Stock management on Daily & monthly basis
