· Preparation & Issuance of Increment letters.
· Dealing with bank accounts.

· Sunday Allowance (for Sewing Piece rate employees)

· Proper orientation of employees regarding the policies and compensation benefits of the company.
· Coordinating with Manager HR regarding day to day instructions and actions.
· Preparing the letters (Resignation/Termination, inter transfer of salary & department, Salary revision, Re designation etc.)
· Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
· Follow up new policies of HR through Senior Manager and implementing
