I have been in Pakistan Army, after that served in INGO as Country Head Safety and Security. Now running Reichert Security Company CEO. Written a book (descriptive ) in the composing form on security issues.
The Success story is that R Secuirty company had increased turnovqer. I was able to reduce the same. I almost eliminated and ensured 100 % strength. Gave new and upgraded uniforms, the same became my USP (Unique Selling Point). I ensured 100s of guards presence even on different religious festivals and on other celebrations.
Another success contributing point is hiring of guards. We hire only that guard who is regular in any of his activity and has sense of sacrifice in any of the form. It gave us longer retention of guard.
rest i applied my foreign courses and UN (UNHCR) services experiences relating to practical situations. I feel happy to give awareness sessions to my clients and trainings add to their experiences as well.
