IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
• Planning and Controlling projects implementation and revenue targets keeping the contract requirement and project’s KPIs in account.
• Forecasting and planning for revenue targets, Master plan and rollout plan update and follow-up to achieve the monthly and quarterly targets.
• System Operation support to create A & B codes, contract diagnose and linking with B codes. service configuration mapping, Site ID & DU ID creation, Activity flow management according to standard SOPs.
• Revenue Plan and achieved analysis and follow-up with all stake holders.
• Revenue recognition on Integrated Service Delivery Platform (ISDP).
• Implementation of Equipment processing including PCE/DCE Configuration, , MOS Freeze, MR & DN creation, site sign and site verification.
• Supplier Acceptance system operations and PO audits.
• Responsible for regional implementation plan, responsible for implementation plan completion KPI
• Responsible for site material management, including return to region warehouse, and manage the site lost regulations.
• Deal with the issues of implementation, communicate with customer.
• Timely preparation and reporting of Daily and Monthly Revenue.
• Manage Site engineer team and hand on the skill to the local staff

CONFIGURATION ENGINEER
• Provide operational assistance, development and execution of BoQ.
• Responsible for the configuration E2E quality for project.
• Publishing Configuration of 2G/3G/4G/5G equipment as per the BoQ designed by product solution team.
• Product configuration/BOQ output using Huawei tools based on the customer requirements
• Help to process the Huawei internal processes.
• Publish the delivery configuration as per project team request with timeliness and correctness.
• Monitor the configuration streamlining process and pro-actively push related departments to solve the problem such as configuration discrepancy(sales configuration is different with delivery configuration)
• Verification of the Telecom Equipment Configuration based on the Technical Site Survey Report.
• Troubleshoot configuration failures regarding PO &amp, PO-Line in a timely manner.
• Handling End to End Supply Chain Tasks (Equipment Outbound & Return, Inventory Management, Goods Claim, Site to Site Inventory Adjustment &amp, Transfer)
• Designing and Publishing Delivery Unit Identities against Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) for services and equipment delivery.
Radio Access Network Engineer
• Site Integration, troubleshooting, analyzing and optimization of network performance an architecture (G900,L2100,L1800)• Degradation troubleshooting on 2G/3G/LTE sites.• Configuration, maintenance, Upgrades of BSC/RNC/BTS/Nodeb/eNodeB/gNodeB.• Expansion of GSM/UMTS/LTE sites.• Configuration of SDR (GUL) Sites and Swap.• Re-parenting of BSC/RNC and LTE sites.• Basic radio tuning of 2G/3G/LTE/5G• 2G, 3G,4G and 5G Network Performance Analysis Alarm Monitoring and reporting occurring fault for all RAN products.• Bandwidth Expansion of GSM/UMTS/LTE & 5G sites.• License installation and application.
Executive NOC / Network Engineer
• Operational & Maintenance of Wi-tribe data & voice network.
• Responsible for implementation, administration & troubleshooting of Network and Security Infrastructure including Routers, Switches, Firewalls.
• Configuration & Administration of Routers and L2/L3 Switches.
• Reporting of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Faults, SLA Reporting, Wi-max and LTE User statistics Reporting, Weekly Presentation on Network Overview, Reporting for legal and regulatory bodies, Network Performance analysis.
