Extensive training in the retail sector where i was trained on every position. This helped me grasp how the whole system worked. Started from the stockroom to the sales floor later to the counter as the KPO (key Punch Officer). Moreover managed the shop of 26 people which enhanced my management skills. We achieved two consecutive monthly targets of 6 and 12 million rupees. I also got an opportunity to plan and execute the ADP (Accelerated Development Program) at the head office which consisted a 5-day training module for 30 managers. The purpose of this program was to enhance the skills of the managers so that they can effectively and efficiently run their respective shops.

Save Your Monkey is an online insurance comparison platform. In other words, it acts just like your insurance broker would. I volunteered as an intern for 2 weeks. I was suppose to spread the word and get more people on board.
- I had to set up a stall outside a mall and persuade people to use or download this. I had to explain them what was it about and how convenient it would be for them to use it.
I was also part of the brainstorming session where we had to make changes to the website of the company. I identified the bug it had in the mobile display and computer display.

It is a financial non governmental organization (NGO) operating in Davao, Philippines. I had a team of 5 people who were all from different countries. We were supposed to plan and tap different villages around the city to spread awareness regarding financial system in Philippines. We visited 3 different villages where we had to set up booths, teach students there and set up a stage to demonstrate and explain the services. We had to plan the whole event and how are we suppose to engage the people to interact and listen to us.
We also worked with World Health Organization (WHO) in organizing an event in Davao where the South Korea and China ambassadors came to Davao to invest in maternity diseases. We had to arrange all the logistics including food.

During my 5 week internship at Packages Ltd. Flexible Packaging Division (June 5th to July 8th), I remained successful in completing the following project
1. Customer Development:
This project involved a detail analysis of the clothing brands which were using flexible packaging (polythene shopping bags). Later the project involved bakeries to target their shopping bags and bread packaging.
• Market research: Clothing companies which use polythene shopping bags in their stores. Visited various malls to note down the current companies in the market. (visited more than 25 stores) Short listed the companies to the ones which used polythene shopping bags.(14 companies were short listed. Researched on the company, found out their details and contacted them like wise. Contacted the companies to schedule a meeting.
• Researched on the bakeries and superstores to look for our potential clients. 12 companies were shortlisted and were contacted individually to set up a meeting with their procurement department to collect data regarding their current operations. (current quantity they order, the material they use, their current supplier, the sizes they have, the credit terms they entertain). Successfully held meeting with Gourmet, Butt Sweets, Fazal Sweets and Rahat Sweets.
