I am postgraduate with high honor in Social Anthropology and as well in Business administration (MBA) with a diverse background of working experience with the multiple organizations which expands nine years of experience in the social and development sector. During my employment with the various organizations in a variety of roles and different capacities I worked as a humanitarian and developmental worker in different national and international humanitarian oriented organizations in Pakistan and mostly in KPK further value added to my work was a project planning, implementation of activities, emergency relief, coordination, mobilization, advocacy, governance, conflict resolution, monitoring, capacity building, protection, livelihood, health governance, assessment, report writing, area-based approach, community score card and settlements issues, were the key areas of work in the development sector mostly focusing on marginalized vulnerable and displaced communities in Pakistan.

Conducted training on Right to Information (RTI) and Right to Services (RTS) Act of KP government. Formed 20 Volunteer Community Groups at district level in different Union Councils to escalate their voices at District Advocacy Forum (DAF) and Provincial Advocacy Forum (PAF). Conducted trainings for community group’s coordinators on Right to Information (RTI), Right to Services (RTS), community engagement, complaint mechanism and community participation. Supported the Coordinator and the Core Group members in completing the Community Based Monitoring (CBM) checklist for the health facilities. Supported CG coordinator to arrange and conduct monthly meetings of the group and monitored their activities and reported to senior management. Updated MIS for data recording using CBM checklist. Maintained close liaison with the Voice and Accountability, Policy Advocacy and Media Teams.
Coordinated with different govt. department and other relevant stakeholders for the implementation of project activities. Developed project implementation plan for field staff and supervised the implementation process. Represented the project at different levels and acts as its speaker and coordinated with all relevant stakeholders. Formed 09 Farmer Organization Committee (FOCs) and delivered training on maintenance of irrigation channel to each FOC. Collected and circulated relevant information, disseminated, and developed a database of all relevant data. Formulated social mobilization strategy for project interventions in the targeted area. Capacity building and supervision of Project staff (SMs and Site Supervisor) on mobilization and participation. Provided Monthly and Quarterly reports as requirement according to donors.
Provided NRC beneficiaries with accurate and updated information on their eligibility for registration. Dealt with beneficiaries who approached the Registration Desk in a manner that respects their human dignity. Referred vulnerable cases involving beneficiaries who did not appear to meet the eligibility criteria for registration to NRC’s Help/ Grievance Desk at the registration point. Accurately entered and save registration details onto PDAs in accordance with guidance provided by UNHCR and senior staff members. Maintained a high level of personal competence in all relevant fields governing registration and the use of PDAs to register IDPs.
Made frequent trips throughout the target areas to establish and maintain contact with community groups and beneficiary populations. Conducted feasibility assessments for potential shelters, Water and livelihood projects and select the prioritized sites with the community. Mobilized the target community for integrated intervention of IRP in connection to WASH, Shelter, Livelihood and Health. Identified target communities and delivered trainings to community groups. Developed TOP for village Organization (VO), WASH committee, Shelter committee, Livelihood committee and other desired committees and make agreements with respective committees and sub committees. Provided monthly written reports to the line supervisor/manager on community development activities.
Responsible for identification, verification and registration of beneficiaries for livelihoods interventions.
