• Coordination with Senior Resident Engineer,Resident Engineer and the site teams at all DHQ/THQ hospitals to expedite the progress of revamping works as per BOQ, IFC Drawings and as per client’s requirement.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Coordination with in house Design team to expedite the submission of structural, Architectural and MEP IFC drawings of all mentioned DHQs including Civil works, Façade work, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting System, Sewerage Disposal System, Storm Water Drainage System, Water Supply System, External Electrification works etc.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours.
• Coordination with QS team on IPC checking and verification work and to resolve any billing related issues at site.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• For proper mutual coordination of Client, Consultant & Contractor, conducting face to face meetings as well as email and formal letter correspondance with both the parties to rectify any design and site work imbiguities during working.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Conducting regular visits with the Senior Resident Engineer to the on-going projects to develop a strenghtened relationship with the client and Contractor.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Coordination with the site team to prepare TPV (Third Party Validation) documents.
