Having more that 25 years of experience in the fields of Administration, Medical Libraries and Educational Libraries and completed a task of e-libraries assignments. Since last 13 years I am associated with the Ghulam Faruque Group (GFG) and develop a modern Records Room. As we know now, the Records Room is an essential Central Information Service Unit of any organization or Group. All records have to be gathered, processed and well kept. Papers, records and documents may become very important in certain moment that is why I ensure that all the documents are kept in order and in safety and I take care of the transfer of the records files to authorized personnel. Records tell us what, where and when something was done and why a decision was made. They also tell us who was involved and under what authority. They provide evidence of government and individual activity and promote accountability and transparency.
