1. As a Project Manager of the project all the responsibility comes on me being a technical consultant for project execution, so I act as a point where all the other stakeholders of the project i.e. client Designer and my head office meet.
2. Major responsibilities are:-
a. Implementation of the project.
b. As a Project Manger I am involved in the design, specifications, and execution of the project.
c. Generating work schedule plan for project execution and further discussing it with Client and my head office to keep all the concern people updated regarding the project.
d. Making sure that the project should be constructed as required keeping in view site conditions and other factors leading to make changes on site.
e. Managing My Team Comprising of Site Engineer labour contractor in order to have smooth running of the project ensuring quality and progress of work.
f. Ensuring all the quality tests required should be conducted on time and should be documented.
g. Ensuring proper documentation for every activity on time.
h. Trouble shooting all the problems concerning project in coordination with all concern stakeholders of the project.
i. Making necessary changes on site in construction work as per site condition in coordination with all stakeholders.
j. Being a focal point of the project I try to keep all the concern stakeholders in picture and keeps friendly environment for smooth running of the project.
k. In a Regular coordination through meetings on site with my Head office along with Labour contractor regarding project problems, solution to the problems, changes on site as per site condition, progress of the project, quality of the project and other issues related to site.
l. Reporting on regular interval to Client and My Head office regarding progress and other problems related to project
m. Making necessary brief and presentation regarding the project on regular interval.

a. Regular visits on sites to control the quality work on sites
b. Preparing monthly progress report
c. Generated Email to contractors and head office of any changes occurs on sites
d. Preparing handing over certificates.
e. Coordination with education department
f. Coordination with Apix Consultant
g. Coordination with Unicef
h. Preparing presentations and presented to Unicef on visits of Unicef Employee
i. Preparing final BoQ after completion of work and final visit of consultant and unicef
j. Visits with EDO .

a. Managing all 500 Low Cost Houses, 450 Pre-fabricated Houses and 07 pre-fabricated schools.

b. Getting Directions and Guidance from Deputy Director.
c. Reporting back to Deputy Director as per directions.
d. Preparation of drawings of different project like Low Cost Houses, Retaining walls etc.
e. Compilation of Progress Report of all ongoing projects on week basis.
f. Preparation of BOQ’s for different project especially for Low Cost Houses.
g. Developing a proper rate analysis of each and every item used in construction work after getting data for a specific area through different means.
h. Development of Performa for bidding opening called as bid opening statement.
i. Evaluation of Bids in MS Excel.
J. Development of Bid Evaluation statements.
k. Compiling data of all projects as per requirement of Department of Public relations for NOC’s and NDMA.
l. Guiding field engineers if any problem arises to Engineers during construction work.
m. Special Monitoring visit to the sites required.
n. Coordination with Public Relation Department and Secretary Regional Director for compilation of data of projects as per requirements.
o. Coordination with Relief and Finance Department based on requirements.
p. Coordinating with Structure Engineer and other Project Managers when required.
q. Assisting Deputy Director and Head & Consultant of Engineering Department regarding the work..
