Currently working in CPU as a Unit Manager. I am supervising different desks like corporate accounts desk, dormant desk, account opening and account maintenance desk, KYC unit and ATM unit on daily basis. I am also reporting MIS to compliance and SBP on monthly basis. I am giving daily task to the employees and recieved feed back regarding work on daily basis.

I was working in Habib Metropolitan Bank (Subsidiary of Habib Bank AG Zurich) as a Team Leade (OG-I Officer) in Centralized Account Service Department (CASD) head office. Following are the duties assigned in my job description
Dealing in all type of accounts of conventional as well as Islamic branches
Scrutiny of all type of personal and business accounts (corporate) like (private limited, public limited, trust, club, association, single member company, joint venture, etc.)
Scrutiny of all type of modifications in personal and business accounts Monitor the activities of each and every entry level officer on daily basis
Equally distribute account opening forms, modifications closing among the entry level officers on daily basis
Check the filing box management system on daily basis
Authorize and check account opening vouchers processed by entry level officers
Authorize and check modifications closing processed by entry level officers
Follow up of all type of discrepancies in personal and business accounts (corporate) with the branches
Performing External Audit (SBP audit) on annual basis
Performing Internal and global audit on periodic basis
Rectify all cases with the branches which are highlighted by the auditor during the audit session
