As an Operation Executive, my primary objective would be to support the Operation Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the organization. I will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals and objective, need to ensure that the sales processes and systems are optimized and streamlined to improve efficiency and effectiveness, also be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Support the operations manager in leading and managing a team of staff to achieve operational goals.
Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Responsible to manage stock according work order wise.
Managing and maintaining customer records, including contact information and order history.
Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Managing the sales order process from receipt of order to delivery of goods or services.
Creating and maintaining sales reports, metrics, and dashboards.
Development of Samples for tender purposes.
Coordinating with other departments such as finance, production, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods or services.
Coordination with Production Department, Warehouse as well as Sales Department regarding required material & Finished Goods Stock Demand.
Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records through physical stock counts, data entry, and system updates.
Prepare and process shipping documents for outgoing materials and finished goods.
Accurately identify and pick materials/products based on orders and production requirements.
Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors obtain quotes.
Managing the purchasing process from requisition to receipt of goods or services.
Negotiating contracts with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms and prices.
Issuing Purchase Orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Handling purchase requests and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, and maintain strong relationship.
Ensure that suppliers and vendors meet quality and delivery standards.
Choose appropriate carriers based on cost, efficiency, and service requirements.
Work with warehouse personnel to ensure proper loading and securing of goods onto trucks or containers.
Follow up the status of shipments, and update customers on estimated arrival times.
Address any problems with damaged goods, missed deliveries, or incorrect orders promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and accompanies each shipment.
Process returns from customers, track damaged goods, and initiate necessary actions.
Liaise with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth information flow.
Provide accurate and timely information about orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
Address customer concerns regarding deliveries, product issues, or order discrepancies.
Document all communications, order details, and shipping information for future reference.
Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
Responsible for managing data within the SAP Fiori system.
Coordinate and support sales team Updating all vehicle stocks

Update all documentation of SAP Department
Perform other duties assigned by manager.
Reviewing resumes and applications.
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation.
Communicating and explaining the organization\'s HR policies to the employees.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements.
Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
