I am a Polio Worker, currently working as Master Trainer with People/UNICEF formaly as Communication officer. I have done Master in Public Health from Institute of Managment Sciences, Peshawar.

I have trained Polio teams, Area supervisors, UCO, DHCSO more than 2500 all over, Waziristan, DI Khan, Bannu, Punjanb, Lahore, DG Khan etc.
Develop Agenda with collaboration of Training officers according to Gap Analysis and TNA. Icebreaker techniques and training budgeting.
Reduced Vaccine wastage, raised AFP surveillance, Vaccine preventable diseases, RI Community sessions, PEI/Expanded Programme of Immunizations (EPI), Polio diseases spread, SIAs, AFP etc.
Planned and managed IPV training and social mobilization, Trained UCOs/UCPO for ToT.
Developed module about Social Mapping, Leadership' for DHCSOs/UCOs.
First time introduced 'Dashboard Training Report formatting.
Online reporting system, use ODK and EPI Info for reporting and evaluation.
Developed training PPTs for MTs.
Maintained Training database.
Monitored and supervised Pre-campaign field Trainings.
Developed online-checklist for logistic to take quick action.
Motivating teams, to find out new training techniques and share knowledge.
Organized more than 150 community session, to raise awareness about polio vaccination.
Mobilize RI influencer to cover the refusals.
Trained more than 200 polio volunteers.
Participated, monitored almost 57 SIAs, Sehat-Insaf and Sehat-Ityhad events.
Disseminate preventive information against Malaria and Dengue fever.
Equitable distribute Information Education Communication (IEC) Material and displayed in HRG areas. .
Conducted school sessions and polio walks, mobilized teachers for RI.
Motivated religious leaders, Molana and Muftis mosque announcement and refusal coverage.
Conducted Polio Eradication committee and Security meetings to ensure better implementation of Polio campaign.
Updated Polio-Info, Miss-children Database.
Coordinated with partner organizations, GoP and WHO.
First time, introduced Health Information Management System to control Vaccine Preventable Diseases and Communicable Diseases in Tehkal Payan, Peshawar.
Track vaccine record of IDPs and Afghan Refuges.
Supervised Two-Measles Campaigns with GoP and WHO.
Supervised One-IPV Campaigns with GoP and WHO.
