Manage and execute the process flow of dispatch of product according to requirement.
Manage/ensures the right time delivery of product to the right place for a minimum cost.
Analyze inventories to determine how to increase sales, and optimize customer service.
Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to show management.
Manage replenishment and ensure all key replenishment metrics are met.
Manage in-stock level of all products, customer orders and inventory activity and assign effective replenishment.
Aggressively manage unproductive inventory, identify trends and develop recommendations to correct issues.
Collaborate with Department head to create unit level forecasts.
Use supply chain strategy to optimize sales and inventory effectiveness for every item.
To analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
To maintain a stock demand shop wise
Prepare and maintain a daily shop to shop stock shuffling report.
Responsible to prepare summary of sales report on monthly basis.
Daily follow up of shops regarding inventory shuffling and slow moving products, customer’s demand.
Perform other task assign by management.
