Candidate should be Masters
Fluent in Spoken, Written English with good understanding
Computer Literacy is MUST. Strong in Correspondence & email communication.
Strong in daily Follow-up of various shipments at various stages.
Can Plan and arrange Transport & logistics.
Proper & Timely coordination with all concerned departments.
Capable of Communicating with Government Departments and get the work done.
Very Strong in follow-ups.
Dealing with Commercial banks and SBP for imports & export payments/realizations
Strong Command on WEBOC
Strong Command on ERP systems
Preparing and monitoring DLTL claims
Preparing and montoring Rebate Claims
Handling all imports and Exports Operations including custom clearance, forwarding
Handling SRO 492 for re-export
Processing Visa/Trade Fair applications and documents for directors
Proficient in imports and exports L/Cs
Must be following up with current and following Govt SROs
Preparing Air and Sea shipments for exports and imports as well as samples shipments
