- Oracle / HP / DELL / Huawei storage and systems support
- Oracle Exadata Support to cutomer
- Oracle Linux / Solaris / Unix Support to customers
- Working closely with the team members, the role encompasses all areas of Infrastructure and a specialist of at least one (preferably two), of the aforementioned technologies is prerequisite
- Ensuring other teams members are involved and skilled in more technical areas
- Able to demonstrate high initiative and ownership of issues
- Able to work at a fast pace and achieve pre-determined billable utilization goals
- Able to work at a high level independently, utilizing other resources with good judgment
- Responsible supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Provide subject matter expertise, advice, and consultancy for assigned technology and infrastructure systems
- Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for (Oracle / HP/ Dell /Huawei) storage & systems
- Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
- Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Complete-time logs in helpdesk after completing tasks to ensure accurate and timely time tracking, project management and record
- 24*7 availability to support in house and client infrastructure
- Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education, certification, and self-improvement
- Complete all project documentation in time and submit it to the manager

- Good Communication Skills
- Effective handling of client Q&A.
- Able to work at a fast pace and achieve pre-determined billable utilization goals
- Timely resolution of installation and configurations requests/issues at Techaccess
- Timely completion of Training & certification assigned by supervisor
