Job Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and maintain current cost files
- A complete knowledge base of the Order Management Software
- Troubleshoot pricing errors/listing errors/shipping errors daily in Channel Spyder
- Provide additional reporting that covers the following
- Suppressed/Inactive Listings
- Price/Weight reports
- Non-match SKUs
- Non-Cat SKUS
- Profit/Loss reporting for warehouses based on no shipping cost or shipping estimates
- Create and maintain all databases of newly listed products across all channels
- Help gather relevant data to create listings and send to the listing team
- Keep track of key issues and develop new programs to better performance and profit
- Work closely with the customer service and operations teams when relevant issues arise to diagnose and find solutions to major problems.
- Innovate and contribute to long-term growth projects in an interested field
Further Notes
- Python scripting
- Data analysis using pandas and Python plotting libraries
- Shipping estimation
- Relational databases
- Not strictly required but this is going to help a lot with price file scripting
- Working with CSV files (joining, merging, concatenating)
